Financial Times Live | Global Conferences & Events who invited Heather said:
“We’ll be looking through the lens of the consumer at how innovation and collaboration is bringing more sustainability into our food systems. We have a terrific line-up of speakers, an audience to match, and a wide range of talks, interviews and peer-to-peer conversations packed into what we hope will be a very rewarding day for everyone involved. There will be around 150 senior level professionals from across the agri-food ecosystem in the room”
This year’s summit focused on looking through the lens of changing consumer expectations and taking place in the lengthening shadow of climate change. The high level Global Food System conference set out to uncover how stakeholders were working together to drive more innovation and sustainability into food production and consumption processes.
The summit also showcased the work of life science companies, pioneering retailers, manufacturers, food processing companies, farmers, agribusiness leaders and technologists that are challenging orthodox thinking about our complex, and increasingly vulnerable food systems with their sustainable, collaborative and high-impact solutions.
