Your Comments:

I continue to admire and appreciate the work of Heather Mills regarding promoting a healthy lifestyle through better choices eating healthy and wholesome foods which lead to families with better health.

I further applaud Heather's talent and her continued efforts in promoting animal welfare and helping stop abuse, neglect and having several major fashion designers stop using and selling garments made from fur. No one should ever consider buying a coat, garment or accessory made from the fur of defenseless animals. Hopefully, Heather will be able to prevail upon the people in China to stop their horrific treatment of animals killed and skinned alive for their fur hide. I often wonder how these people can sleep at night knowing what they do to defenseless, little animals. It breaks my heart just thinking about that.

I am a long time animal rights advocate and I named my design company after my own beloved feline, Peeper Day. She is a joy and she has brought so much love into our home. We adopted her when she was all of eight weeks old. I work with several local animal rescue groups in the area and I've been a Director with a non-profit organization called Friends of the Animal Kingdom, Inc., which is dedicated to pet owners in crisis.

Thank you again for contacting me and if we all work together we can educate people, accomplish our goals and set a proper example for people the world over.

All the best,

Thank you for your continued support for animal welfare, especially apparel companies and designers that use and promote fur. As a director of Friends of the Animal Kingdom, Inc., I applaud your efforts. Animals are fortunate to have such a strong voice and advocate. I certainly do everything in my power to promote animal welfare, neglect and abuse.
All the best,

Dear Heather,

I wanted to email and say well done for your charity work. I have only been working as a photo journalist for a short time and am looking in the near future to carry out work in some of the places in the world you have yourself donated much time. In researching about possible projects for me to work on, your focuses on Land-mines that blight hundreds of thousand cropped up time and time again. This is really just a email to pass on my respect from one professional to another.
Please keep up your good work
Very kind regards

Dear Heather Mills,
Congratulations on opening your vegan restaurant. As a veggie, trying to go vegan, I look forward to one day coming to Brighton and eating at VBites. I support charities for animal welfare, and I am horrified by the cruelty in the meat industry. I wish you every success in your venture. I hope to see VBites in every town, replacing Macdonalds and Burger King.
Yours sincerely,

Dear Heather
A few years ago, I watched a programme you presented on animal cruelty and the fur trade. Although it wasn't specifically about eating meat it made me think enough to become a vegetarian. With absolutely no looking back, I have been a vegetarian ever since and know I always will be. Despite previously eating meat on a daily basis, I never have wanted to since the programme. Therefore I would like to send you a big thank you and wish you lots of success with your new restaurant in Hove. I hope to visit it before long.
Best wishes

Heather, keep up the good work. My main message is i hope that your new special meat substitute will be available for retail in such places as supermarkets, for those of not near to any of your restaurants. I am a major fan of soya and quorn foods, and could never be a veggie without such foods.
Keep well.

Brighton Animal Action and the various veg*an Social groups are thrilled to hear that Heather Mills has taken over the cafe at the Lagoon (an old meeting place for Brighton Activists at one time)

Presumably when it opens she will want the place to look popular. If we get told in advance as many of us who can will be down there to give our support. So do please let us know.

As the organiser of the Brighton Veg*n Social Group I hope Heather will open in the evenings as well as during the day.

So pleased that you bought it Heather. We'll be there as soon as you open. Just let us know the date! Chocolate ice-cream here we come.

Hi Heather,

I just saw one of your videos on furs. I have to admit that it was the most gruesome thing I have seen... The video showed animals being skinned alive in China.... I am still shaking out of complete shock. Throwing animals and banging their heads on the ground and skinning them alive for fashion???... I cannot imagine human beings do that...
I applaud you and support you for your efforts. Please keep up the good work.Thank you,

Heather,

As an amputee myself, below knee right leg, I applaud you for your inspirational courage, for being a good role model and proving there is life after amputation, I know and understand the personal and physcological trauma involved when coming to terms with such a loss. You have my upmost and total respect, and should you be in need of help/assistance/support for your great causes, it would be my pleasure to assist wherever possible.
I am a 48 yr old man, very mobile despite having very limited flexion in my right knee, and am at your service should you require.

Peaceful greetings Heather,

I saw you on the news this week in NYC regarding vegan diets. You are on the right track to promote consuming with compassion. Human beings have long been brainwashed into thinking animals are products instead of innocent beings (life forms) that are meant to be cared for and loved. I also think plants should be treated with care, which means not killing the plant, but rather eating from the vegetation. If we eat fruits, vegetables that grow from the vine, we give the plant a trim, which does not harm the plant. Thank you for helping the world wake up to be aware that other life forms feel the same pain as we do when mistreated. We must be the change we wish to see in this world as Ghandi said. Peace towards all creation first begins with us. We will benefit by better health, less pollution and good karma! May the blessings be and our world learn from your example. Keep up the good work always!
