ONE OF A KIND - Paul Newman: In Loving Tribute from Heather

What more can one say of Paul Newman? Well a lot ! Never has a public figure been so generous, so humble, so kind at the same time.

I remember asking Paul in Ireland at a Hole in the Wall Camp fundraising dinner, what motivated him, had he always wanted to make a difference. He said "I look into the eyes, the innocent eyes of children burdened with cancer, with illness. How can I complain."

"Every day I wake up with a pulse, with a breath in my lungs and thank the lord for every extra day I get to enjoy this precious life."

How right he was, how precious this life is. How much we have to learn from such a man. A man who loved and treasured his adoring family. He was someone most men could only dream of being.

We Love you Paul, the world was blessed to have you and you were blessed to have an incredible wife in Joanne and a loving dedicated family.
