Heather set to stir up a storm at Incredible Veggie Roadshow in Brighton, September 18th
Heather will once again be stirring up a storm at the Incredible Veggie Roadshow in Brighton as she whips up innovative, imaginative and healthy recipes that will add zest and energy to your life!
Seaweed wraps and omega seed and nut burgers will be just some of the simple and tasty ideas on the menu as she joins forces with Viva! on Saturday 18th September for an unforgettable day of fantastic food and fun.
"In my ‘Eating for Energy’ cookery demos, I’ll be showing just how quick and easy it is to create fabulous food that increases vitality and boosts health,” said Heather, patron of Viva! and the Vegetarian and Vegan Foundation. “I’ll also be whisking up nutritious smoothies that are packed with superfoods, such as maca, acai and hemp.”
